What do you call this stuff?

What do you call this stuff? It is made from flour and it's one of our common food. We call it litterally "dough's tendon/sinew."

I love this kind of a challenge. Is it some kind of dumpling? The picture isn't doing much for me, sorry. What else is in it besides flour? There are little egg-shaped things, and then other things - are both made from flour? Is it in a curry sauce of some kind?

This is a type of food suitable for vegetarians but also used by many Chinese in their cooking.

In Chinese it’s called “Mein Jeen” which literally means “tendon of dough”. The texture is soft yet spongy. Since it’s cooked dough, it can be in many flavors, including curry, sweet and sour or tangy spicy

Wheat gluten, called miàn jin

That's right, my pronounciation was "Mein Jeen" which is very close.
