What do you call this stuff?

I love this kind of a challenge. Is it some kind of dumpling? The picture isn't doing much for me, sorry. What else is in it besides flour? There are little egg-shaped things, and then other things - are both made from flour? Is it in a curry sauce of some kind?

That's right, my pronounciation was "Mein Jeen" which is very close.

I'm curious. How is mian jin different from seitan?

I don't know what seitan is but being Chinese all my life, I never even heard of it!
