What do you call a male child at the age of 6?

0 I know that you call a male under 5 a master. At what age to do you call a male child a Mr.? What are they considered at the age of 6? 0-

0 All male children are called boys. 02br 02br 00If you are trying to be formal in addressing a letter or something, you 01i 00could00 use Master (although it sounds a bit old-fashioned) for boys right up to adult age. There is no fixed age at which you become a 'Mr'but I guess around 16/18 years old?

When writing a formal paper it is nice to be able to distinguish without sticking to the usual young, the boy, or child. So thank you for the answer.

I'd put his full name on the envelope, and in the letter I'd address him by his first name.

I wouldn't use a title.
