What do you call a company that sells companies?

Dear all,
I'm trying to find out what you call a company that only starts up companies in order to sell them to people who don't want to go through the hassle of starting up a company themselves. Is there a word or term for it?

In Finnish it's "yhtiökauppias", though this may not very useful to know.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Nea
