What do you call

Hi,

I have a question, what do you call this question style:

-Oh boy, am I going to like this so much!

-Did things turn very ugly between me & her!

It sounds like a question but i guess it's more an exclamation. I've heard this style quite few times in American movies & series.

Thanks in advance

One more example I heard: Dont you know me but at all!
