But, these dish is not only found in french restaurant.

Like in Singapore or Malaysia, we can get this from the market. But, I don't think they are came from French.

I'm not sure what do we call them in English.

Two natives already said it's called "snail". No matter how many time you repeat it, it's still called "snail". There is nothing terrible about eating snails. I love eating them when it's cooked with black bean with red chill sauce. There are differetn types of snails. The ones in your garden probably don't sound too appealling but the variety raised in farm or caught at sea is delici
