What do they mean?

Hi. Please help. What do they mean? Thank you in advance.

1. Take the second on the right and go forward. -- Does it mean turn right on the second corner and proceed onward in that direction?

2. Get off at the store and take a 592. -- Could it mean bus 592?

3. It's the next stop but one. -- Could it mean you are one stop away from the stop you are to get off (the bus)?
