What do they have the difference of nuance among "make a call" ,get a call and take a call"?

I watched one spoke "make a call" to someone. And the other called using cell phone easily.

U and pls are not correct English words. I think you mean "you" and "please."

I heard someone say "make a call" to someone. And another said "I am using a cell phone easily."

This is "get" as "receive". The grammar works the same with letters and emails and similar things.
