0 Huh. And showing how it's not very clear writing, I took it to mean that an hour after having only one drink, it's no longer in my system. (However, if you have many drinks, late into the night, in the morning, you haven't had enough time to have the alcohol works its way out and you can still be legally drunk.) 0-
