What do I put first?

I just started writing in college. Which comes first? Does it even matter?

When you are clocked in at work, you should be a hard worker for the advantages of yourself and your colleagues.

OR

When you are clocked in at work, you should be a hard worker for the advantages of your colleagues and yourself.
