What do i do with a cigarrette demanding boyfriend?

hii have a boyfriend and he smokes,what i like is that he does not smoke in front of me.he usualy says 'it has no self respect for a man to smoke in the presence of his lady'.the problem is how he demands cigarrettes from me as if i was the one who taught him to smoke, if do not supply his demands we end up in an arguement.please help me because we love each its just opstacle Emotion: smoking separeting us.
