What do "all" and "everywhere" modify in these sentences?

1. Delavigne Perfumes are known all over the world.

2. He’s travelled everywhere in Europe.

In each sentences, does "all" modify "over the world" and does "everywhere" modify "in Europe"?

And is it correct to say "All over the world, Delavigne Perfumes are known" and "Everywhere in Europe, he's travelled"?
