What different between "Have you any English books?" with "Do you have any English books?"

what different between "Have you any English books?" with "Do you have any English books?"

Are both of those expression correct and common?

Some tell me that if you say the different is "Have you any English books?" especially means all kind of books writen by english, like novel. but "Do you have any English books?" especially means English books for learning English. Is that right? I can't taste the different from those two sentence.

Thank you all in advance!
