What did you learn and how?

about 23 years ago i decided to learnt how to dance because really i like it and that time i perefered to gave it a try.

At first time iam finding very difficult but i am going to persevere with it for a while. I were so confiused then got discouraged but when continued, i realized loved that actually i hadnot even love that and very easily you are making slow progress if you wnat to learning something to get better and makes you to fit.

So i kept it up about 20 years and reason it is this, that i could manage my own class.
