It sounds to me like she says: Look. SoCal is pretty aware of all the flaws we mighta have. However, "mighta have" (= might have have) isn't right of course.

It sounds to me like she says:

However, "mighta have" (= might have have) isn't right of course. She mighta fluffed her line slightly, or I mighta misheard it.

SoCal's pretty aware of all the flaws we might have.

The "w" of "we" is stretched out like "oo", so I can understand why you thought you heard "you" there. Unlike GPY, I didn't hear "mighta".
