Could you check if this is what he actually said? I'm asking because I thought that he would use "he" instead of "it" in both of those cases, since this was about guessing who was the sexiest man alive.

For example, at 0:12, Jimmy did say, "We are going to reveal who he is" instead of "We are going to reveal who it is".

If these are actually what he said, is it okay to switch between "it" and "he" in this context?

1:39 "Who are you thinking it might have been." ("It" is often used like this.)
