It sounds like "I'm not squeezing the bar rag as hard as you are." I'm not sure why he says this.

What is "the bar rag"??
I thought it was 'the bar rack' but it didn't make sense, so...

I assume he means the kind of small towel a bartender uses to wipe up drinks spilled on the bar.

Yeah, he says "bar rag".

I take it to mean that he feels he doesn't work as hard as Tom Cruise. Perhaps also a reference to one of Cruise's movies where he plays a bartender.
