What did he say from 1:19

"A bunch of Asian people trying to figure out how to park in minivans and you know...a 99.95 red toy of pick-up trucks."

Is that what he said?

What I don't understand is that "99.95 red toy of pickup trucks" right there.

Is he trying to say that pickup trucks are cheap vehicles that costs no more than 99.95 that look like red toys??

So sorry, that just went all over my head.
