I looked it up in both Oxford and Merriam Webster and didn't see it in MW, so I thought it was a British thing. Emotion: sad

I use the Learner's edition and there's no "as for a toy pistol" part in that edition but other than that they're pretty much the same, so I must have overlooked it.
