Hi,
The following English question in from an English test. I’m not sure the key is correct. May I have your opinion on this?
A: ____________________?
B: I was born on 25th December 1969.
The key is ‘1’. But I think ‘4’ is also correct.
Thanks for your help.
It's not a good test question. ". #1 and #4 are the closest to "correct" answers, but these would normally elicit the answer "25th December".

It's not a good test question. The question to elicit B's answer would be "When were you born?". #1 and #4 are the closest to "correct" answers, but these would normally elicit the answer "25th December". There is no obvious way to choose between #1 and #4.
