What course you are going to take after your 12th grade?
What stream you are going to take after your 10th grade?
What are you going to do after your XX grade?

This is the only one that seems reasonable to me:

What are you going to do after 12th grade? (Answer: Get a job / Go to university / Marry my cousin/ etc.)

All cultures do not use the same educational system, and yours is unknown to me, Gary.
