What conditional is this sentence?

If it happen, we are prepared for it.

If it happens, we are prepared for it.

a would have been used in old english for the subjunctive.

b is how we would now say it

B is Conditional one. I don't think you mean 'Old English' for A, which would be something like 'gif hit geleamp', but I suspect that in the time you speak of, the subjunctive, much more in evidence then, would require a different classification system.
