What-clause/that-clause

Hi, teachers!!. I'm learning English as a foreign langage.

I have a question on the following sentence.

"That she is pretty is not important to me."

Can I use this sentence of "What she is pretty is not important to me." instead of the above one?

If I do, is there any difference between two of them?
