What cases is it possible to use a plural noun as an adjective in?

Hi. What cases is it possible to use a plural noun as an adjective in?

I have just saw this text in a book: "Details Section" and I decided to ask in the forums.

Nouns, both singular and plural, can occur with other nouns, but they are called 'modifiers', not adjectives. Not everything that modifies a noun is an adjective!

You might call this an exception to the general rule that modifying nouns almost always occur in the singular.

The reason it works, in my opinion, is that it tells the contents of the section rather than actually describing what kind of section it is.
