What can I say in this situation?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering what kind of expression I need to use in the situation below.

A man is standing in front of the locked door waiting for someone who has an access card for it. I realized he waiting so I opened the door for him. What could I say while opening the door? I'm thinking of saying "here you go" but I'm not sure this is right.

Please let me know any proper expressions I could say in this situation.
