What can I say in this situation?

I ordered a book in a bookstore because the book, which I want, was not there then. If I go there again, what can I say to a clerk?
Please tell me which one is better among the followings.
Thanks.

1. "I ordered a book yesterday. I want to know whether the book is delivered or not."
2. "I ordered a book yesterday. I want to know whether the book is arrived or not."

Hi

I ordered a book yesterday. Has it arrived yet? The book's titled ......

or

I ordered a book yesterday titled bla-bla. Has it arrived yet?

By the way: It's much nicer to say "I would like" instead of "I want".
