what can i say if i'm not into something

I am going to take an oral English exam and I will be asked a bunch of questions and I will be judged by my answers.
However, if the questions I am asked is something I like, I can talk more and get a high score, but I cannot talk if the questions I am asked is not what I like.
For example, if I am asked "Do you love sports". I cannot say NO and stop talking. But I don't want to lie to them and say that I love football and go to details to list all the benefit from playing football.

So can I say that: "I'm not into sports, because it's not my scene. I'm born quiet and sports are not my thing. I prefer to read in my spare time and I don't usually exercise. Let alone sports."
