What can I ride?

Hello,

my trouble is:

Can I say:

ride a car

Would be this sentence all right?:

I ride my car.

I would rather say:

I drive a car/ drive my car/ go to kindergarten by car

I take/drive? my son to kindergarten by car (in my car)

Thank for your answers Mowgli
