What can I do you for?

Is " What can I do you for?" a common expression in daily conversation? I came across this expression in a cartoon but I don't know whether I should actually use this or not. Thanks in advance!

No. Sometimes people say that instead of "What can I do for you?" just to be silly. It's very informal. It would never be used between strangers. Don't use it.
