Could you confirm whether "What brought you here?" and "Why did you come here?" are interchangeable with "What brings you here?" Thank you in advance.

They all mean roughly the same, but I wouldn't say that they are always exactly interchangeable. In particular, "Why did you come here?" may, in some contexts, have a more hostile feel than "What brought/brings you here?". Also, "What brings you here?" seems more idiomatic than "What brought you here?".
