What are the total outgoings of...

Hi

Are these sentences natural and do they carry the same meaning? Any other suggestions are welcome.

What is the total monthly expanse of your house including rent?

What is the total monthly expenditure of your house including rent?

What are the total monthly outgoings of your house including rent?

Thanks,

Tom

I think you mean 'expense'. None of them is right, Tom, because the preposition is not. 'Outgoings' is a new word for me, one I would associate with neighborhood travel.
