What are the most important qualities that are crucial for a teacher? What have you done so far to train these qualities?

Education has always been a noble profession of society very respectful. The professionals are the ones who perform the highest-up mission. The teacher is also the bridge that connects between the culture and the human race with the re-entry of culture within the future children.

So, today I present the most important arguments to a teacher. The first reason is that of a teacher is to have qualities, ideals, and ethics. This is an extremely important standard of many professional in society and especially teachers are more important. In Vietnam, we always have a saying that “ first learn proper behavior, then learn book knowledge” means that besides equipping students with knowledge, the teaching profession is also a person who trains and teaches students to become people with good qualities in society… Therefore, for every teacher, it is necessary to have good idealistic and ethical qualities. The second reason is that a person who “ love their job, love children”. The nature of profession has its difficulties, and its hard times must be dealt with. So, if you are not a person with a passion for a profession, it is a lot of pressure. When you are passionate about your profession and work with the heart of teacher, you can be close and engaged with your students. Because the goal of elementary education is not only to teach children knowledge but also to build their character. And the third reason is that be a responsible person. The responsibility of education is essential. High responsibility will help you complete the task you gave. The responsible teacher has a way of following, taking and learning, the character and the psychology of each student. And that is where the teaching methods are best for you. The responsible person will always be able to improve and enhance their expertise to bring students the best knowledge.

It is a little bit of pressure, but it is also training us to be patient, active and creative in our work from education, new teaching methods make them interested and efficient in learning.
