Speech & Pronunciation

What are the most common mistakes from Spanish speakers?

Preferably, Latin American people. I want to know from the native English speakers perspective, that is.

In Central Spain, it is very common to say "le" instead of "lo" or "la" when refering to direct objects. E.g., "coge el papel" (take the paper) -> "cogele" instead of "cogelo" ("take it") which is correct (accents omitted for clarity).
Also, many people say "escuchar" instead of "oir". "Escuchar" means "to listen" and "oir" means "to hear". They sometimes say "No te escucho" instead of "No
