What are the general rules for making plural nouns and adjectives from nouns?

Sir, I will take your it from future and will include relevant which would be easy for you and others to answers my queries. Thank you for telling the rules. Sometimes I find difficult to make plural which is generally not given the Dictionaris. I would try to learn the rules from a good English book like one written by John Eastwood.
