1. Should be: When did you come to France?

2. When did you return to Lahore? or, depending on what you are trying to convey, "When will you return to Lahore?"

3. Today's test was easier than yesterday's test. (easier is the comparative of easy, not more easy.)

4. I did very bad ON my first NTS test. In, in this case, would mean you were located in the test, which is physically impossible.

5. I came to school ON the bus today. The only way your sentence, "I came to school with the bus today" could be correct would be if you meant that you were in another vehicle accompanying the bus to school, or you brought a toy bus to school, e.g., "I came to school with the toy bus today."

6. either, "I need money to buy lunch today," or, "I need some money to buy lunch today."

7. more natural, "Look! There is a crow in the garden."

8. If you are the first speaker is initially asking for information about the culprit in the window breaking incident, you would say, "Do you know who broke the window?" If you had asked that and someone had denied that they or some other individual had broken the window, you might reply, "Do you know who did break the window?" The voice inflection woud be on "did."
