What are the errors in the sentences. Please explain the errors

As for an entrance exam, Toyko Higher Normal School was not competitive at any time but Waseda National Higher Normal School was a very high rate. Private schools for training secondary school teachers were regarded as unwelcome for students. In fact, their careers were inferior to the graduates of National Higher Normal School.
