What are the digits the meaning of which are commonly known?

All those numbers you have quoted have no ulterior meanings in themselves; they are simply numbers -- and there are an immense number of that sort of phrase. I thought you were looking for numbers with dictionary meanings. '86' is a verb meaning 'jettison'.
