What are digits that are universally and commonly understood as bearing some additional meaning/sense? I believe, everybody knows 666? There are many US movies downplaying and its meaning and using it as known colloquialism.

All those numbers you have quoted have no ulterior meanings in themselves; they are simply numbers -- and there are an immense number of that sort of phrase. I thought you were looking for numbers with dictionary meanings. '86' is a verb meaning 'jettison'.
