What are the differences between Present Tenses ?

Could u help me ?

Actually,

I have a problem with Present Tenses

( Present Simple & continuous & Perfect & Perfect continuous)

I could not Distinguish among them !

HI , it would take a lot of time to explain all these tenses here right now. But there are so many explanations in this forum and in the internet which show examples and ways how to build and how to distinguish the tenses. Then look how they are built, on the construction you will be able to distinguish them !

First of all you have to make sure that you know when to use what tense.That's the first way.Then look how they are built, on the construction you will be able to dist

( Present Simple & continuous & Perfect & Perfect continuous)

If there's an -ing form in the verb phrase, it's a continuous tense.
If there's a helper verb has, have, or had in the verb phrase, it's a perfect tense.

am going is a continuous tense.
had gone
