What are the correct prepositions?

At 1:12, the driver says:
Google Fitness has determined that a more balanced workout -- resistance training and dynamic stretching -- is more preferable _____ someone ______ your mild to moderate level of obesity.

What are the correct prepositions in the blanks?

Also, if there's anything wrong with the transcript including the punctuation, please let me know.

Thank.
Did you hear him say '...with someone of your...'?
Neither of the prepositions does not sound terribly clear to me.

Also, regardless of what he actually said, would it be also grammatical in context to say "...to someone with your..." instead?
