What are the characteristics of legal English?

(I'm not a native English speaker.)

I only know some of the characteristics :

- long sentences

- alliteration

- frequent use of passive voice

- archaic words, words having French or Latin origins

What's else?Does legal English has other characteristics?

Thanks for helping me!!!!!!!!

Alliteration is not peculiar to legal English, but repetition, synonymy and redundancy are. No archaic words: they are just not used so much elsewhere.
