What are the advantages and disadvantages of working in same place as other members of your family? Give reasons or examples to support your opinion.

It is undeniable that working place is one of the important factors which determines employee productivity . A good workplace can make employees try their best the work. Especially, nowadays, young people will consider the advantages and disadvantages of working in the same place as their family members.
First of all, they can be free and comfortable when not having the same working place with our family. In my experience, people who are independent financially and do not work with their family members will usually have more motivation to work, and they can be sociable with colleagues. That thing helps them to focus on their task which leaders give them.
Also, I know that all staff have one or some private thing about them. So if they work with their brothers or parents in the same place, they will be a bit shy as well as uncomfortable because they want to have a private space to work diligently and try to complete their tasks. I’m a person like that myself, so I understand that.
On the other hand, family members and you can help each other if one or both of you have a difficult problem and you need to help to solve that. Clearly, everyone is not perfect and not everyone is confident to ask for help from their colleagues. At this time, having a brother or sister in your working place is useful, they can support you easier than their co-workers because they are always ready to help when you are in trouble .
In conclusion, working in the same place as other members of your family have some advantages as well as disadvantages. In my opinion, we should consider carefully these things to feel comfortable when working because if you are comfortable, you will have many inspirations to complete your responsibilities in the best.
