In my opinion we can use tecnology, for example, we can use the videocall and in this way we can to see and speak with my friend everywere and we can see too in real time. we can also send something to someone. Because there are many delivery companies, example, Is my friend birthday, only call to delivery company and they take the gift to my friend's house, then, I connect with him because i want to know if like him the gift.

In my opinion the best way, for security is, the videocall.
