What are "remaindersors"?

As in the context of "after two years of publication, the publisher may dispose of surplus stock as remaindersors destroy them"?

diAAnaPPlus, it still doesnt make sense to me since "dispose of them as remainders" and "destory them" mean the same.
If you dispose of them as remainders you can sell them at a muc
