what are reasonable known risks?

For example:

It's not guarenteed to repair the machine free under the following circumstances:

accident/intent damage/earthquake

I think accidents and damages are reasonable known riskes,and the earthquake is not. Am I right?

Hi, It's not guarenteed to repair the machine free under the following circumstances: accident/intent damage/earthquake Say Free repair of the machine is not guaranteed under the following circumstances: accidental or intentional damage / earthquakes I think accidents and damages are reasonable known risks, I wouldn't say 'known'. and the earthquake is not. Things like earthquakes are usually called 'acts of ***' by insurers.

Do you mean a predictable risk? Or something that can be estimated?

e.g. You can estimate the amount of warranty expense you will need if you have enough past data.
