"What I do is right" means the thing that I do is right, doesn,t it?

And I think "That I do" is a clause and serves as a subject in the second sentence.

So, in my opinion, I think, "That I do is right" means the action- "I do" is right. Is that right?

I don't know.

Please help me. Thanks

what = the things which -- it does not require an antecedent (another noun that precedes what and that what refers to).

that = relative pronoun referring to a noun that comes before it in the main clause in the same sentence.

However, I've seen a sentence:

That he doesn't study makes me angry.

Actually, I saw this sentence in a grammar book.

The writer said what I post on my last post.

So, I am confused. And in fact. I didn't see this kind of sentence before.

So I want to know whether it is right.

So, the sentence"that I do is right" is grammatically correct.

But, what really confuse me is what exact does this sentence mean.

Does this sentence mean: the action-"I do" is right?

Or it just the same as the sentence-"What I do is right"?

Thanks for answering. ^^

It isn't quite grammatically right.
I think you need an object there:

That I do it is right.
which means:
That fact that I do it is right.
