When I asking for someone like this"Yes i get it what you want to say. Briefly Can we think like this the purpose of binning is simplify? What if I am correct, what is the purpose of simplify the image? " , someone does not understand. Is my question sentence wrong? What if yes, What should I do to fix?

I think "binning" is supposed to be "being", but I have no idea whatsoever what the OP is trying to say!
