What about you?

A: You are not handsome.
B: What about you? Do you think you are handsome?

In this conversation, when B talks back, 'what about you?' is natural and implying 'you are not handsome either'?

Thank you so much in advance.

The usual retort to a discourteous comment is: Speak for yourself! But B's remark would also be OK, especially with some sarcasm: What about you, Don Juan?
