what about let us understand?
hs because im not a native speaker i sometimes fail to understand some certain things that are exclusive only to those who are a nativer of the english. i know lets say means granted supposing that etc. but do 'let us understand' or 'let us call' give the same meaning like lets say? can we use them interms of the same meaning like we use it for lets say? if we use 'let us understand or let us call' at the beginning of a sentence which meaning do they give?
