That would depend on the context - if the question was being asked in relation to an investigation of some kind in which therapy was mentioned, it would make perfectly good sense.

If it is a query about the value of therapy in itself, then "What was the point of the therapy?"

I'd be surprised to find these days this final inversion in anything but literary work. Even then, it's probably in the poetic register, IMO.
