Wh- questions with how long /how many

Hello Teachers

I have learnt many wh- questions like what, who, how etc. I want to know that the following words are also called wh questions:

How many ( How many brothers do you have?)

How much (How much money do you want to spend?)

How long (How long have you been here?)

How old (How old are you?)

It isn't really so important to give them a label, a name. "How" doesn't start with a "w," but it functions like "w" words, so it is usually included with them. It doesn't matter what follows the word "how;" the phrase functions like a "w" phrase.

Yes. Anything with "how" is also in the "wh" group. You might say that "how" is an honorary member of the "wh" group.
