Wh-interrigative Clause vs. Nominal Relative Clause.

Wh-elements may function either within Interrogative content clause (Wh-interrigative clause) or within Nominal relative clause. Could you please tell me the way we can distinguish them from the examples given below :

*1. I can't imagine what they want with your address."
